What to do if bank is Unable to raise chargeback in case the BCS Lifecycle has only (DMS Auth)?

As per revised Presentment TAT, Bank has to wait till mentioned days. If Presentment lifecycle has not been raised by the acquirer on this transaction which means the transaction amount has not been claimed by the acquirer as yet so the money is lying with the issuer, hence raising chargeback is not allowable here. Please credit back the funds to the cardholder and settle the dispute.
