Unable to search RuPay International transaction in the BCS portal

The status of transaction can be validated by accessing the transaction search option available in portal.

Path: BCS IRGCS Portal > Transaction Search > View Transaction.
If still bank is unable to find the transaction then please raise CRM ticket in NPCI helpdesk portal: https://www.npcisupport.org.in/portal/en/signin
