How to reset password for users in New PCOMP Portal ?

1. Password Reset using Forgot Password
    a. Go to the link : https://comply.cflowapps.com/npciapp/home/banklogin .
    b. Click on Forget Password.
    c. Enter your registered email ID, captcha code and click on send OTP.
    d. OTP will be sent on your registered email ID
    e. Enter the OTP and new password and click on "Set new Password"

2) The bank admin also has the rights to reset the checker/ maker ids. NPCI can reset the Admin ids only. Please ask checker to connect with Bank admin for the needful.
