What if I forgot the Admin, Maker or Checker Password?

In case you have forgotten your password to access URCS, you need to follow the steps.
  1. On NFS Login screen, click on Forgot Password.
  2. The Forgot Password pop-up screen is displayed. Here you need to enter the ‘User ID’ click on ‘Continue’.
  3. As the User ID is entered, user will be forced to answer the secret Questionnaire.
  4. Next, select the Secret Question that you have specified as you logged into NFS application for the very first time.
  5. After selecting the Secret Question, type in the Answer you may have specified and click Submit.
  6. The new password is generated for your User ID and will be mailed to your email address.
