UPI Operating Circular Path : URCS Portal (Product-Circulars & Documents)

NPCI Portal (E-library) –
On NPCI bank’s portal, under e-library option, we are uploading the OC’s post release and the portal i.e. URCS is available to member banks, where banks are either raising CRM Tickets or sending the emails. To resolve their queries pertaining to availability of the OC’s can be resolved by uploading the available OC list in CRM knowledge base and by providing the path to download the OCs from portal.
