  Kindly provide the change request form for activation of admin id. The form is available on BCS-RuPay portal in circular folder. Please raise a CRM ticket on NPCI helpdesk portal

  Raise a CRM ticket, Form will be shared .Please click on the download button to download the form. Fill the form, sign and seal the form. And submit it on the same ticket.

• Why bank maker/checker is not able to view the transaction in BCS Portal (Admin to grant rights to user IDs)

  Request you to please get in touch with Bank admin and validate if the user ID has been granted rights for the particular BIN.
