Where can banks find the RuPay Circulars?

Please be informed that the circulars are available in BCS RuPay Portal.

Path: For anything issued before 19th Aug 2023 go to the below path:-

BCS-RGCS_Downloads_Old Reports and Artifacts.

For anything issued after 19th Aug 2023 go to the below path:-

BCS-RGCS_Downloads_RGCSDocuments_Select one year’s date range_Select File Type as “RGCS Documents”_Click on the “File Search”
