In case ADMIN/ USER forgets the password to access NFS, they can use the “Forgot Password” Option. Follow the steps below to generate a new password:
a)    On the NFS Login screen, click on Forgot Password?
b)    The Forgot Password pop-up screen is displayed. Here you need to enter the ‘User ID’ and click on ‘Continue’.
c)    As the User ID is entered, the user will be forced to answer the secret Questionnaire.
d)    Next, select the Secret Question that you have specified as you logged into the NFS application for the very first time.
e)    After selecting the Secret Question, type in the Answer you may have specified and click Submit.
f)    The new password is generated for your User ID and will be mailed to your email address.
