How to create bank user login?

Bank Team / Business Development / Bank On-boarding (for Certification) team needs to raise a request for banks user with all required details to CFLOW team (cflow.team@npci.org.in). The tool administrator will grant access to the bank user. An auto mailer will be sent to users with login credentials.
