How to check the Mandate Status ?

Navigate to UMRN Bulk Upload:

Path: Management > Mandate > UMRN Bulk Upload > Upload.

File Naming and Format:

Example: MMS-MUE-BANK CODE-(BANKUSERID)-(DDMMYYYY)-(SIX DIGIT SEQUENCE NO)-INP.csv

Ensure the file contains a maximum of 1000 records.

Download the RES file from below mentioned path.
