Log in with another active user.
Navigate to user settings to verify the status (Active/Disabled).
Steps: ACH--Administration--User--List
If User Disabled: Activate the user and try logging in again.
Steps: ACH -Administration - User - Activate
Click on OK, Approve the User with another User ID.
If Active: Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset the password.
Click on Password option and enter the User ID and click on Forgot password option
Then Choose Security question and OTP, then provide the Answers for the registered question click on OK. OTP will receive to the registered mail ID enter the OTP and login.
