• Can members share Public IP/Proxy IP for accessing the NPCI IGMS application?

  Only NPCI Natted IP is required to be shared by members to obtain access to the NPCI IGMS application.

  NPCI has 2 IP’s which run alternatively as PR and DR. At once only 1 IP will be functional, PR IP is 103.14.161.227 and DR IP is 103.14.162.217. Members have to also open port 443

  1 - IP Whitelisting through C-Flow portal and refer attached user guide. 2 - Raise admin credential request in CRM ( 4 digit bank code & User id)

• How many days does it take for IP whitelisting for GSTOne Portal access at NPCI end?

  It takes 4-5 working days from the initiation of request in C-Flow portal.

• Are NPCI GSTOne Portal user id’s person specific?

  NPCI GST portal user id’s are assigned to each unique code which is further mapped to the member, hence they are not person specific.
