🚀 MFA Enablement for CRM Help Center Portal

Dear Users,

This is to inform you that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be enabled for all Help Centre Portal users by the end of April 26. As part of this enhancement, all users will be required to complete an additional authentication step during login to ensure improved security of the CRM help centre portal.

To be prepared for this change, users are requested to download (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Zoho OneAuth) and set up an authenticator app on their mobile devices. Please refer to the attached user guide for detailed steps on installing and configuring the authenticator app.

We request all users to download the app in advance to avoid any login disruptions once MFA goes live.
