Introduction of "Reopen Reasons" Feature

Dear Partners,

As part of our continuous efforts to improve the CRM experience and ensure better clarity in query handling, we have introduced a new feature in the ticket reopening process on the NPCI Help Centre Portal.

Going forward, whenever a ticket is reopened by your team, a mandatory dropdown field will appear with the following options:

  • Incomplete / Partial Response
  • Follow-up Queries on the Same Issue

This enhancement has been introduced to help us identify the exact reason for reopening tickets.

We request you to kindly select the most appropriate option whenever reopening a ticket, effective immediately. Your cooperation in using this feature will go a long way in helping us improve efficiency and partner experience.
