Introduction of "Reopen Reasons" Feature

As part of
our continuous efforts to improve the CRM experience and ensure better clarity
in query handling, we have introduced a new feature in the ticket reopening
process on the NPCI Help Centre Portal.
Going
forward, whenever a ticket is reopened by your team, a mandatory dropdown
field will appear with the following options:
This
enhancement has been introduced to help us identify the exact reason for
reopening tickets.
We request
you to kindly select the most appropriate option whenever reopening a ticket,
effective immediately. Your cooperation in using this feature will go a long
way in helping us improve efficiency and partner experience.
